“Cada loco con su tema”
Perdón por lo de “loco”, pero no puedo reformar el refrán sin hacer un atropello literario. El título viene a cuento porque se trata de constatar que cada persona tiene su rol, su oficio o dedicación, su profesión… y por tanto le corresponde su “tema”, y no el de otro. Hay personas que parecen “orquestas”, que tocan todos los instrumentos de cuerda, de viento y de percusión. Pero como se suele decir “el que mucho abarca, poco aprieta”. O como dice el Evangelio:”nadie puede servir a dos señores”. El pluriempleo no es lo más deseable, aunque a veces sea necesario.
Estoy en mi habitación, sentado frente al ordenador. El horizonte es más bien corto si sólo me fijo en la pantalla, que está tan cercana a mis ojos. Pero, afortunadamente, tengo una hermosa ventana que me abre a otro mundo más amplio: patio, jardín, tejados de edificios, gente, pájaros…
A través de esa abertura luminosa, por donde se cuela, tímidamente, el sol en invierno, y no se le ve en verano, estoy contemplando a unos albañiles reparando el tejado que se ha hundido en uno de los locales parroquiales. Me gusta contemplar su trabajo. Parece fácil, pero exige maestría, conocimientos y no poca costumbre. Los veo subidos en sus andamios de cuatro tablones, y me causa vértigo ajeno. Pero ellos continúan con su tarea, ajenos a mi observatorio, desde la ventana.. Por eso decía que “cada loco con su tema”.
Mi andamio, sin embargo, es el sillón deslizante; y mi mesa, el lugar de mi trabajo, donde reposa por un instante mi herramienta (el ordenador portátil) que es el culpable de los “posts” que van saliendo diariamente hacia el Blog de “corazones en red”.
Me imagino que si los albañiles que trabajan enfrente de mi ventana, me viesen moviendo los dedos mientras golpean el teclado, con mayor o menor suavidad, también pensarían como yo:”cada loco con su tema”. Y una vez más el refrán se haría realidad.
Tal vez por deformación profesional, o, acaso, por inquietud personal, mi pensamiento se desvía hacia otros temas. Y se agolpan en mi cabeza los mil y un problemas que quedan aún pendientes en la vida de tanta gente: la crisis que produce paro laboral, la soledad de los ancianos de mi barrio, las largas enfermedades no siempre bien atendidas, la vivienda más bien pobrecita y humilde, y otras lindezas, como el analfabetismo de muchas mujeres mayores, las familias desestructuradas, los niños con poca o ninguna educación familiar, la ignorancia religiosa… y un largo etcétera de sangrantes situaciones.
Y unos y otros están en mi mente y en mi corazón, aunque es difícil (con frecuencia imposible) resolver sus problemas. Y llegan cargados con ellos, para volverse tan solo con una palabra amable o una acogida digna y fraterna. Y ellos siguen igual. Y yo sigo, también, igual con mi inquietud. Otra vez se hace verdad lo de “cada loco con su tema”.
