Las tres sílabas de NA-VI-DAD
La palabra NAVIDAD es tan rica y sugerente, que podemos extraer de sus misma palabra, de sus letras o de sus sílabas, un buen elenco de significados. Sólo se necesita un poco de imaginación y conocer la realidad. Por eso me aventura a poner a prueba la imaginación, partiendo de la realidad que vivimos.
“Navidad tiene tres sílabas”, y cada una nos sugiere algo importante. Veamos.
NAció en Belén de Judá, en pobreza y humildad, siendo Dios y Rey del Universo.
NAdie se enteró de la llegada de Dios al mundo.
NAdie lo esperaba a pesar de estar escrito en las Sagradas Escrituras.
VIno a los suyos, y no lo recibieron, a pesar de estar anunciado por todos los profetas.
VIno para traer fuego a la tierra, pero el mundo no quiere arder; sigue teniendo frío.
VIno para salvarnos, pero los hombres prefieren otros salvadores.
DAD gratis, lo que gratis habéis recibido. Y sed agradecidos.
DAD con generosidad, y compartid con el necesitado vuestros bienes, vuestro amor.
DAD de lo que tenéis y más queréis. No deis de lo que os sobra. No deis las sobras. No deis la ropa vieja que ya no os gusta. No deis los juguetes ya usados por vuestros hijos. No deis aquellos alimentos que os habéis dejado pasar de fecha, caducados.
¡Hay tantas cosas que esas tres sílabas de Na.vi.dad, podrían decirnos! Cada una de ellas puede ser una revelación.
Pero Navidad es y significa, sobre todo, el misterio insondable de un Dios, loco de amor por los hombres, que es capaz de tomar nuestra propia naturaleza limitada, nuestra pobreza, nuestra debilidad, para hacerse en todo semejante… menos en el pecado (como dice San Pablo)
Quiero aprovechar este post navideños para desear a todos los lectores del Blog unas felices fiestas navideñas. Que seáis felices. Que la Navidad nos ayude a todos a ser solidarios con los más desfavorecidos. Que el fantasma de la “crisis” pase pronto. Y que el nuevo año nos traiga más paz y menos preocupaciones. Os deseo lo mejor, y que el Señor os bendiga. Con todo mi cariño, os deseo también un nuevo año pleno de gracia del Señor.
