Un Dios comunidad
El próximo domingo celebramos el gran misterio cristiano de la Santísima Trinidad, no nos vamos a devanar la cabeza tratando de comprender lo no comprensible. Que por eso es un misterio.
Dejemos a los teólogos que se rompan la cabeza tratando de dar un poquito de luz en el tema. Bástenos saber que Dios es Padre, Hijo y Espíritu Santo. Dicho de una manera simple y plástica, diríamos que Dios es Comunidad.
La fe nos exige creer en Jesucristo y en su palabra. Y él nos ha hablado del Padre y nos ha hablado del Espíritu Santo. Pero lo que nos importa es saber y aceptar que ese Dios-trino, es un Dios de amor. Que el Padre nos creó por amor, que el Hijo nos redimió por amor, y que el Espíritu Santo nos protege, ayuda y santifica por amor. Y de ahí debe nacer una actitud de agradecimiento y de correspondencia a ese amor. En el Evangelio según San Juan, leemos estas palabra:”Tanto amó Dios al mundo, que entregó a su Hijo para que no perezca ninguno de los que creen en él, sino que tengan vida eterna”.
Dice el refrán que:”Amor con amor se paga”. Y si Dios nos ama como sólo él es capaz de hacerlo, nosotros debemos corresponder con nuestro amor a Dios. Y dice San Juan que “nadie puede amar a Dios a quien no ve, si no ama al prójimo a quien ve”. Y esa es nuestra manera más certera de amar a Dios: volcarnos en el amor a los demás. Jesús nos da la pauta de cómo debe ser ese amor: dar de comer al hambriento, vestir al desnudo, visitar al enfermo, romper las cadenas injustas, compartir con el desvalido…
Dice, también, Jesús: “lo que habéis recibido gratis, dadlo gratis”. Y gratis, sin méritos propios, hemos recibido el amor de Dios. El amor, cuando es verdadero, siempre es gratuito; nunca exige a cambio. Pero es de “bien nacidos” ser agradecidos, y el agradecimiento, en este caso, es corresponder a ese amor.
Se suele considerar como el amor humano más desinteresado, el de una madre respecto a su hijo, sobre todo si ese hijo es débil y necesita cuidados especiales. Pues bien, Dios es padre y madre, como se suele decir más recientemente; y por eso su amor es el más desinteresado y auténtico.
Esa oración que empieza diciendo:”no me mueve, mi Dios, para quererte, el cielo que me tienes prometido”… expresa bien cómo debe ser el amor que debemos a Dios en correspondencia al suyo. Y termina la oración diciendo:”no me tienes que dar porque te quiera / porque aunque lo que espero no esperara / lo mismo que te quiero, te quisiera.
