¡Vacaciones!
La palabra vacaciones deriva del latín “vacans”, participio del verbo vacare, que significa: estar libre, desocupado, vacante… Es por tanto, un tiempo de descanso, de romper con la rutina y el trabajo cotidiano; un tiempo para tomar distancia de lo que habitualmente hacemos.
Desgraciadamente, no todas las personas pueden disfrutar de unas vacaciones, bien por su trabajo, bien por falta de los medios suficientes, bien por situaciones familiares, por enfermedad, etc.
Gracias a Dios (como se suele decir) yo voy a poder disfrutar de esos días vacacionales, que aprovecharé fundamentalmente para visitar a mis hermanos, repartidos por una buena parte de la geografía. Es una buena ocasión para fortalecer los lazos familiares, ver a la familia, al menos una vez al año, que, como dice el refrán: ”no hace daño”.
Durante esos días dejaré descansar a mi ordenador y a mis lectores, cosa que lamento, pero que tampoco les vendrá mal descansar. De todas formas, procuraré que no falte algún que otro post, de vez en cuando, siempre que las musas me acompañen y no se vayan, también, de vacaciones. Siempre habrá algún acontecimiento que comentar, o algún relato que haga trabajar la imaginación. Seguiremos de alguna forma en contacto.
Las vacaciones suelen irse volando, y volveremos a lo cotidiano en un nuevo curso, que también pasará velozmente, porque cada vez parece que el tiempo tiene más prisa, y mete el acelerador. Aunque la verdad, somos nosotros los que pasamos; el tiempo es el que nos lo descubre. Solemos decir:¡cómo pasa el tiempo! Pero no, somos nosotros los que vamos dejando atrás retazos de vida, que no vuelven, que se pierden en la lejanía del recuerdo. Y fruto de ese tiempo pasado, es la experiencia que se acumula, dejando un poso de sabiduría. Por eso se suele decir:”del viejo, el consejo”. Quien ha vivido mucho, y ha pasado por muchas cosas, tiene un bagaje incomparable de sabiduría. No en vano “la experiencia es la madre de la ciencia”.
Pero el acumular mucha experiencia, significa haber vivido mucho; y cuando ya se ha vivido mucho, lo normal es que nos vaya quedando menos remanente de vida, Menos mal que nos queda la esperanza de otra Vida nos espera, sin límites de tiempo.
Amigos: que el verano os venga muy bien, descanséis, toméis el sol (con prudencia), y “que os vaya bonito”.
