EXPERIENCIA DE CONSILIARIO EN LA ACCIÓN CATÓLICA

encuentro jec 09Hace pocos días la Conferencia Episcopal hacía público mi nombramiento como consiliario general de  la Juventud Estudiante Católica (JEC); hace unos años lo fui del Movimiento de Profesionales Cristianos, recien  nacido en España. Trato de dar cuenta de lo que ha sido esta experiencia  de vida  ministerial  en el espacio de la Acción católica. Lo haré en partes.. para no ser muy pesado.

DESDE LA JEC Y PROFESIONALES CRISTIANOS…

Introducción.-

             Soy uno de esos curas normales que, tras once cursos en el seminario, a los 23 años sentía como el obispo en silencio me imponía sus manos pidiendo al Espíritu Santo que viniera sobre mí para que me configurara como sacerdote y me diera fuerzas para dedicar mi vida a evangelizar desde la realización del ministerio pastoral.             Las inquietudes  y deseos que habitaban en mí  en aquellos momentos los recuerdo con mucho cariño y ternura. Quería ser “un hombre de Dios al servicio de todos los hombres”, especialmente de los más sencillos, y me veía en un pueblo de los nuestros – pequeño era el deseo más concreto – compartiendo la vida y trabajando desde la parroquia con un montón de ideales e ilusiones pastorales, pretendidamente renovadoras y no sé si”revolucionarias” – esto más de boquilla- ,  que se habían ido gestando en el estudio de la pastoral, de la teología, y en la vida espiritual intensa, al estilo del seminario, así como en los escarceos pastorales que nos permitían las circunstancias de formación u otras buscadas por mí y mis compañeros. Después las cosas  han ido por donde han ido. La figura del director espiritual D. Antonio Fuentes fue fundamental en aquellos años.

            Comencé en un pueblo pequeño, Cheles, donde fui el hombre más feliz del mundo durante dos años, y donde comprobé que era verdad lo que yo pensaba del ser cura; allí me acerqué a la gente real, a sus vidas, a sus costumbres….con ideas nuevas… con cariño…dándome cuenta de las cosas… pero con ese estilo más directivo y desde el “ser cura”; posteriormente estuve en Olivenza, aquí era otra historia…más de treinta horas en clases de religión…atendiendo a la pastoral juvenil.. y a S. Jorge – una pequeña aldea – aquí trabajé con compañeros que estaban en el pueblo antes y tuve que aprender a hacer las cosas con los otros, con otras mentalidades  y hacer una labor que se perdía y no tenía tanta identidad como la anterior; de todos modos tres años no dan para mucho y me vi pronto en papeles que no había soñado. En la Facultad de Teología de Salamanca oyendo a los grandes maestros como Olegario y, sobre todo, Juan Luis Ruiz de la Peña; ahí fueron los libros, la tesina de licencia, etc…-aunque también la revuelta universitaria con la LRU en la que me metí…- lo medios para vivir mi ministerio y pensaba en volver a la tarea pastoral con una reflexión más hecha y elaborada para aportar algo más…. Agradezco que ahí me di cuenta de que ni el mundo, ni la iglesia, ni la teología, ni las mentalidades y líneas eclesiales etc…se acababan en las fronteras de Badajoz. Iba para unos cinco años, según mi obispo, y a los dos estaba de vuelta, bebiendo un trago  de  cáliz que no veía claro, me nombraban formador del Seminario Mayor de la diócesis, donde he estado ocho años completos. De este “huerto de olivos” me he llevado  una riqueza  que todavía no he sabido valorar convenientemente, pero sobre todo destaco el descubrimiento del equipo para trabajar juntos y la unidad que produce la misión cuando se comparte con limpieza y desde el reconocimiento de la debilidad y la pequeñez de quien la realiza queriendo servir sin más a la iglesia; otro elemento fundamental es el sentido de la iglesia diocesana y el amor a ella por encima de la pequeña labor que yo puedo llevar entre manos en un campo específico como puede ser una parroquia o un cometido pastoral concreto como el secretariado de pastoral universitaria.

  Hasta aquí, como podéis observar, no ha aparecido la  Acción Católica para nada, es cierto que en los primeros años nos llamaron para presentarnos al movimiento de JAC, pero aquel proyecto no cuajó. Por tanto no conocía realmente, aunque sí de oídas y no tenía prejuicios, a pesar de que en el seminario salimos con rechazo a cualquier grupo específico por todas las historias que se habían vivido con respecto al Opus Dei especialmente, aún hoy después de treinta años siguen. Es después de ser formador en el  seminario cuando empieza otra etapa sacerdotal por la  misión encomendada y es en ella donde aparece mi encuentro con la Acción Católica a través de la JEC.

   DSCN4809  El obispo me  encarga de la responsabilidad del Secretariado de Pastoral Universitaria que hasta entonces no había tenido recorrido como tal. Para trabajar en ello me hacen responsable de las clases que  D. Amadeo dejaba de impartir en la facultad de educación y es en esa conversación en la que D. Antonio, obispo, me insinua  que hay unos  chicos de la JEC y que si puedo les eche una mano. Con el deseo de lo nuevo que me caracteriza y de la capacidad de ilusionarme e imaginar, enseguida me puse en contacto con Vidal, animador – fundador de la JEC en Badajoz en esta nueva etapa- y sentí que se habían alegrado un montón de que hubiera un cura para trabajar en la universidad y que ellos daban por descontado que había sido nombrado consiliario de la JEC, el nombramiento oficial me lo han dado hace unos meses. Su acogida yo la entendí como el nombramiento más oficial que pudieran darme en la vida y desde ahí empecé a caminar con ellos. Sólo fueron unos días  entre el nombramiento de pastoral universitaria y mi primera presencia en la asamblea  estatal de la JEC en Albacete. ¡ Qué bien me iniciaron en el movimiento, sobre todo Vidal! Comencé poniéndome en un grupo junto al animador para conocer el movimiento  por dentro y abrirme a su pedagogía y metodología, participando en todo lo que el movimiento organizaba y en el equipo diocesano. Comenzaron los viajes a Madrid; recuerdo con cariño a los primeros adolescentes con los que fui en el tren y el ánimo que tenían de explicarme todo lo que era la JEC a mí- ya se ha casado Marieta que era un de ellos-.  Ahora hace ya  quince años de aquel momento – la vida me ha convertido-  y me veo en esta tesitura de presentar  algunos puntos de reflexión a partir de mi experiencia vital como consiliario de este movimiento. A la   hora de hacerlo me ha costado un montón el elegir  qué contar, por qué ha sido tanta la vida que es difícil expresarla y relatarla en la brevedad. Pero lo voy a intentar. Sólo deciros que a estas alturas, agosto de 2009, me estoy preparando para acompañar a este movimiento a nivel estatal, junto a los liberados que están dedicados a la JEC en Madrid.IMG_1885

             Experiencia:

–         Animador: he vivido la experiencia de acompañar grupos de revisión de vida y también de iniciación.

–         Siempre presente  y formando parte del equipo de animadores.

–         He participado siempre en el equipo diocesano del movimiento.

–         He estado presente siempre en los encuentros que organiza cada grupo para trabajar sus proyectos personales de vida y acción. También trato de estar disponible cada vez que un militante o animador quiere compartir conmigo.

–         Les he acompañado siempre en los ejercicios espirituales y en las jornadas veraniegas de formación.

–         Formo parte del equipo técnico de consiliarios a nivel nacional y participo en algunas de las comisiones generales.

–         Siempre he estado presente en los encuentros estatales del movimiento.

–         Desde el ser consiliario en la JEC he participado en el grupo de consiliarios de acción católica de la diócesis y en el regional.

–         Mi experiencia se abre también en el nacimiento y participación en el movimiento de profesionales cristianos, tanto en la diócesis como a nivel nacional.

 Descubrimientos  y vivencias : 

Voy a centrarme sólo en tres aspectos:  la vivencia del ministerio, la dimensión eclesiológica, y la misión. Serán los tres post siguientes.
