“El día de ayer”

UN DÍA LLENO DE VIDA

DSCN4809Ayer fue un día de esos que están llenos.. a tope.. pero de vida  en el quehacer de mi ser cura.

La mañana se presentaba con  aires de docente. Me levanté temprano para mirar la clases que me correspondían en la universidad y en el Seminario. A los de la facultad de educación tenía que seguir hablándoles de los evangelios sinópticos y su formación e interrelación, en el Seminario nos adentramos en la edad de oro patrística para contemplar su estructura catecumenal, y terminaba en la facultad de ciencias hablándoles – de una a tres de la tarde- del concepto cristiano de Creación en diálogo con planteamientos cientifistas de hoy en una asignatura que la llamamos “Hombre y Dios”, y a la que acuden alumnos de distintas carreras como química, física, biología, medicina, económicas, magisterio, ingeniería…

Tras comer un bocado de pie y quedar a mi madre a bien seguro, me tocaba  coger el coche y ponerme en camino a Castuera, un pueblo a ciento ochenta kilómetros de Badajoz  en el que se elaboran unos turrones buenísimos, pero mi cometido era asistir al funeral del abuelo Miguel. Sus nietas Sonia y Gema, son de esas personas que conocí cuando entraron en la universidad y que ahora ya son jóvenes profesionales como la copa de un pino; la primera ha estado y está de secretaria general del forum de pastoral de jóvenes que se celebró el año pasado en Madrid y  Gema es la responsable de  Entreculturas en Extremadura, las dos en el movimiento PX.  Me dijeron que si pensaba ir les gustaríaque  celebrara yo la eucaristía;  muchas veces sus abuelos han sido hechos de vida en nuestras reuniones para hacer la revisión de vida, además yo lo conocía. Lo hice con mucho gusto. valdemoro_encina_estacionEn el camino oraba desde la tierra agostada y reseca que está pidiendo la lluvia a gritos, y disfrutaba del sol y de la dehesa extremeña, con la encinas firmes y testimoniales de la esperanza que el mundo rural nunca pierde en medio de la debilidad, como el abuelo Miguel que se marchaba tras casi noventa años de vida, y tras despedir hace cuatro meses a su esposa  a quien cuidó y acompañó mas de quince años  en su enfermedad de Alzheimer.

De vueltas a la ciudad y el mundo urbano, tras disfrutar de la puesta de sol entre los encinares, me encontraba con Paco Zamora, profesor de ingeniería y animador de pastoral universitaria, nos veíamos con  estudiantes universitarios que quieren comenzar un grupo de revisión de vida:  Ana de Medicina, Carmen de Educación Infantil, Mariano de Matemáticas, Juan de Ingeniería industrial, Pablo de  Economicas, Marina de Fisioterapia. Otros habían avisado que no podían ir pero estaban dispuestos. Allí notaba como Dios sigue trabajando en lo oculto. Y allí me regaló Dios ese trozo de pan de resurrección que reserva para cada uno de nosotros cada día.

Al terminar la reunión  llevé a Carmen a  su urbanización que es el “cerro gordo”, acaban de construirla a diez kilómetros de la ciudad, lo ha hecho la Junta de Extremadura para favorecer viviendas buenas a buen precio (“60.000 euros”). Ella me había dicho en clase que tenía interés en participar, pero el último autobús era a las ocho de la tarde. Yo me ofrecí para acercarla. En el camino  a su casa recibí mi trozo de resurrección. DSCN4804Ella no estaba en conexión con la iglesia desde que hizo la comunión, hace diez años, pero es inquieta. Ha vivido en muchos sitios: BAdajoz, Jaraiz de la Vera, TArragona,  vuelta a Badajoz…. Sus padres están actualmente en paro; suele comer en el campus y se trae su bocadillo para no ser gravosa en casa, y coge el primer autobus para no tener que pillar dos. Tiene ilusión en conocer nuevas realidades y poder contrastar con otros, le ha gustado la reunión y el planteamiento que hemos hecho;  me dice que su padre no le gusta que  participe en actividades que supongan salir de casa en fines de semanas y trasladarse a otros lugares.. pero es un hombre inquieto  y me da una señal de su inquietud. En la asignatura que le doy, hay una parte que es Cristología; les he aconsejado leer el libro de Pagola, “la aproximación histórica a Jesús de Nazaret”,  ella lo ha sacado de la Biblioteca de l facultad y su padre se lo ha leído en cuatro días, todo completo.

Al volver pienso en ese hombre parado y en su hija inquieta, y tras un día lleno y pesado de actividad me siento reconfortado con el Padre Dios, y me alegro profundamente por este detalle de un hombre parado y alejado que busca y se lee un libro que yo he recomendado en clase a jóvenes estudiantes. Me pregunto que habrá sentido esa persona al leerlo y encontrarse con la persona de Jesús. Yo disfruté leyendo ese libro y me sentí atraído una vez más por Jesús de Nazaret. Le doy  gracias a Dios Padre por  Carmen, por su inquietud, y especialmente por su padre y su búsqueda. Veo al Padre que con su Espíritu sopla donde quiere y como quiere. Navidad07 013Y me vuelvo a casa felíz, de ser un pobre siervo que he hecho hoy lo que tenía que hacer, y disfrutando de como Dios Padre con mi trabajo va haciendo lo que él quiere y como él quiere. Me esperaba mi madre que se alegró al verme entrar y tras darle la cena y comer algo con más tranquilidad, me fuí a la cama con este sabor de resurrección de este  Cristo vivo que hoy se había manifestado en  ese padre parado de CArmen que se había leído un libro  sobre Cristo de cuatrocientas páginas porque está inquieto.

Entre Paco Maya con sus temas de estudio y leyendo tus visiones de la vida contadas de esa forma tan natural, clara y sencilla, váis a conseguir que descubramos al Jesús de Nazaret del que tanto habláis, y al Dios Padre, que solo podemos descubrir a través de Jesús. Todavía me queda mucho camino para alcanzar esos objetivos, pero todo se andará.

    El libro de Pagola es eminentemente pastoral; en este momento estoy leyendo el libro último de José Mª Castillo “La humanización de Dios. Un ensayo de Cristología”.Supone una profundización en el tema cristológico desde una visión que yo diría parte de la teología de los sinópticos y de las parábolas y menos del dogma.
