Hoy es un día triste y frío. La tertulia se alargó bastante. Yo me di cuenta de que el empleado del bar, desde la barra, nos miraba de hito en hito, aunque no podía oír nada de lo que hablábamos. Mejor dicho, de lo que hablaba mi interlocutor, ya que yo, a penas tuve la oportunidad de decir alguna frase.
Había pasado más de una hora, y yo tenía que volver a casa. Cuando lo juzgué oportuno, y me pareció que había terminado su monólogo, pagué el café y salimos a la puerta de aquel bar de las confidencias. Y allí nos despedimos.
Yo me iba con la sensación de no haber aportado nada a sus preocupaciones y problemas. Y así se lo manifesté. Pero él había quedado, no digo feliz, pero sí tranquilo, como alguien a quien le quitan un peso que no puede sostener. Solo esperan que les escuches con interés, dándoles la oportunidad de abrir la espita de su corazón, dado que no es fácil que la gente dedique tiempo a escuchar, cuando lo que te van a contar tiene muchos visos de ser problemas.
