Sí, pasaron…pero volverán, como las “oscuras golondrinas” de Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer. Volverán.
Las horas vuelven cada día; vuelven los días de cada semana; se repiten los años… Solo la vida no vuelve, no se repite; “aquellas que aprendieron nuestros nombres, esas…¡no volverán!
Volveremos a repetir, como discos rayados, los “Feliz Navidad” y los “Próspero Año Nuevo”. Palabras y frases que se olvidan pronto, pero resucitan de su olvido como la mitológica “Ave Fénix”, que muere para revivir de sus propias cenizas.
Pero lo verdaderamente importante y positivo es que no pasen como una lluvia de primavera, que apenas empapa la tierra para que tenga buen tempero. Lo importante es que lo felizmente vivido, se transforme en recuerdos. Porque el recuerdo pervive, se hace realidad, presencia, dicha actualizada, pasado resucitado.
Lo verdaderamente importante es que la alegría degustada, la tristeza teñida de esperanza, la fiesta inacabada, nos devuelva en el tiempo, lo que el tiempo robó. Que vuelva a casa, como el “Hijo pródigo” de la parábola jesuana, el ternero cebado, las sandalias nuevas, la música y los cantos. Y aunque siempre esté el hermano mayor, empeñado en deslucir la fiesta-recuerdo, aparezca en la escena, un padre anciano, buscando la paz del hermano, el gozo de la fraternidad, y la alegría del encuentro.
Solo así no decaerá la fiesta, se mantendrá el recuero del pasado… y volverán las oscuras golondrinas, a colgar, de las ventanas del alma, los nidos del recuerdo, hasta que la nueva realidad sustituya, nuevamente, los recuerdos, por las hojas verdes renacidas del tiempo.
