Esta frase del escritor francés, buen creyente, me abre nuevos horizontes, y me da paz, Señor.
Tú sabes que muchas veces he querido rezar; deseaba tener una conversación contigo, pero no he sido capaz. Demasiadas cosas en mi torpe cabeza, para poder mantener solo en Ti mi atención. Y he pasado ratos más o menos largos queriendo rezar, y sin poder hacerlo.
¿Es verdad que el deseo de rezar, ya es rezar, de alguna forma? Si es así, me quedo más tranquilo, porque lo he deseado muchas veces, y, tal vez, lo haya conseguido pocas.
Señor, que mi oración sea cada vez mejor; que no me contente nunca con desear rezar, sino que llegue a intimar contigo. Y ojalá que mi deseo me lleve a la realidad, al encuentro, a la comunicación. Que llegue a orar con la misma facilidad con que respiro.
