s tal el cúmulo de noticias negativas, de desastres, de corrupciones que nos trae, que puede cortarnos la leche antes de saborear el café.
No dudo que la historia de los humanos es complicada y la complicamos todavía más, pero lo que me sorprende es que creyéndonos tan listos, tan avanzados y, mirando por encima del hombro a los siglos oscuros del pasado, sigamos metiendo la pata en los mismos arenales que ellos la metieron.
La Historia, que siempre tiene un componente magisterial, parece que en estos tiempos la tenemos escondida y avergonzada, perdida su capacidad enseñante.
No sé qué diferencia a los brutos bárbaros de las estepas; a los señores feudales que enseñoreaban vidas y territorios a su real voluntad; a los burgueses enriquecidos a costa de esquilmar a los pobres siervos o a los depredadores de países colonizados….. de los políticos, burgueses y multinacionales de hoy. Los mismos perros con distintos collares.
Repiten hasta la saciedad las mismas ambiciones, las mismas traiciones, las mismas zancadillas de despacho invocando nombres tan “sagrados” como ideología, progreso, democracia, derechos, memoria histórica, minorías……al menos los bandoleros de Sierra Morena enseñaban la faca.
Mientras el pueblo, ese pueblo que sí hace la Historia, vive agobiado y sin paz. Sigue siendo más importante a quién sentar en Caja Madrid, que ayudar a las familias que difícilmente pueden llegar a fín de mes con un pequeño desahogo; nos entretienen los “Gürtel”, mientras el drama del medio ambiente sigue siendo un problema acuciante.
Pobre pueblo, asistiendo sin derecho a asiento, a robos de dineros públicos, engancha- das de políticos afines y empleo de sus dineros en el estudio de cosas tan peregrinas como nos propone la Junta de Extremadura o el Gobierno de la Generalitat.
Mientras seguimos bobaliconamente creyendo en las palabras, en las sonrisas, en las proclamas ….
Aunque la impotencia sea el sentimiento más común de la mayoría de la gente, todavía se puede y se debe hacer oír nuestra voz. Hay muchas maneras de hacerlo, entre otras sacando a luz los tejemanejes de los corruptos y de los enredahistorias.
Aunque , a veces, nos entre la tentación de no desayunar con el periódico, sólo con el café y la tostada.
