ASAMBLEA DE PROFESIONALES CRISTIANOS EN MADRID
Una buena asamblea de profesionales cristianos, en la que he participado acompañando a militantes de Badajoz.
El final de curso me tiene agotadillo…pero me fui a la asamblea con el deseo de estar unos días participando, pero descansando al mismo tiempo. He dormido, pero sobre todo he disfrutado de estas sesenta personas venida de todos los rincones de España: Canarias, Mallorca, Valencia, Zamora, Madrid, Zaragoza, Badajoz, Palencia… todos desde grupos de referencia y vida que durante todo el año hemos estado con el interés por unificar la vida y conectar nuestro ámbito profesional con el deseo de construir el Reino de Dios y su Justicia. Profesionales variados: médicos, enfermeros, profesores de universidad, institutos y primaria, arquitectos, empresarios, abogados, funcionarios, técnicos, ingenieros, periodistas, políticos, sacerdotes,etc.
Una docena de militantes de Profesionales Cristianos de Mérida – Badajoz, entre los que me incluyo, hemos participado en la asamblea nacional celebrada en la Matas (Madrid) el 28,29 y 30 de Mayo. Junto a profesionales cristianos de las demás diócesis españolas, hemos trabajado bajo el lema “Humanizar la profesión en tiempo de crisis”; se ha recogido el trabajo de los tres últimos años en los que la reflexión y los trabajos han estado centrados en las claves evangelizadoras de la profesión en orden a ser presencia del Reino en los tiempos actuales de crisis y dificultad, la contemplación de la profesión a la luz de la parábola lucana del buen samaritano nos ha servido de profundización teológica, y nos ha abierto a un modo de ser profesional que esté marcado por la compasión y por el “disenso” que produce la gratuidad y el saber poner a la persona, especialmente a los últimos, como centro de la sociedad y del ejercicio profesional. La ponencia de Pepe Alonso que nos envió por estar convalenciente, fue muy iluminadora.
En la asamblea se ha decidido también las líneas orientadoras para el próximo trienio, las cuales estarán centradas en dos puntos centrales de verdadera actualidad, uno de ellos tratará en torno a la formación y reflexión sobre la presencia de los profesionales cristianos en una sociedad laica, buscando profundizar en el verdadero significado de la laicidad y cómo vivirla desde nuestro ser ciudadanos y cristianos, por otra parte se ve necesario adentrarnos y trabajar todo lo que se refiere a la dimensión social y pública del ejercicio de la profesión, así como de las pequeñas y medianas empresas. Es fundamental saber descubrir la profesión sacándola de ámbitos individuales y puramente mercantiles para entrar en la dimensión social, comunitaria, colectiva y pública de la misma.
En la asamblea terminaron su servicio general Cristina y Eduardo, militantes de de Palencia y Zaragoza respectivamente, y se propusieron y fueron elegidos para coordinar a nivel nacional a Chema de Zaragoza, y Francisco Javier Acero, Profesor de la Universidad de Extremadura, que tras ser militante en el movimiento de JEC, ya lleva bastantes años de recorrido en los grupos de profesionales cristianos, así como en el secretariado de Pastoral Universitaria de nuestra diócesis.
Nada, que fue como un oasis respirar esta Iglesia de vida y de esperanza, hecha con hilos de la propia vida, de muchos sitios y de muchas profesiones, un ecumenismo de lujo, y una búsqueda del Espíritu y de la verdad que apasionan. Ahora nos toca seguir caminando en medio del mundo, sabiendo que El está con nosotros todos los días hasta el final.
